Hello, my name is Lisa. I live in Watford with my husband George and our two children Molly and Charlie.
Two years ago I became a Christian. I found out about God and Jesus from a special book called the Bible.
Today the Bible is available to read on cd-rom and the internet.
Molly and Charlie have their own Children’s Bible which is easier to read and has lots of pictures for them to look at.
On Sundays we all go to church to meet friends and to learn more about God from the Bible. Because I think of Jesus as my friend, I talk to him when I pray. I believe the Bible is like a letter from God and that God uses the words in the Bible to teach me how he wants me to live my life.
I try to read some of the Bible every day. I love to read the stories Jesus told about how much God cares for everyone. The stories Jesus told are called parables.
